Bassist - Jeff The Bookie Cottrell

Jeff was born in Orange County, California. He moved to Florida when he was 6 years old (better sandboxes!). At the tender age of 8, he moved to Pennsylvania, where he began to play Guitar … After reaching the age of 18 and playing in small local bands he made another road trip to California along with a few friends and some band members, where he learned the realities of the music scene. Within a few years he started playing bass, took vocal lessons and spent a lot of time writing songs, recording and producing.

More than anything else he considered himself a songwriter, and had a few small labels show interest in his song writing capability and had a little radio airplay on college stations in the midwest.  After moving to Indiana for a few years and playing in some fairly successful Tribute bands he decided to go back to Pennsylvania and start something new. After some time he decided he wanted to play music he grew up listening to, music that was heavy yet melodic. Now playing bass in "Metal Mob"  a tribute to old school British Metal.
